Matt Rogers is the host of the Significant Coaching Podcast and the founder of Significant Coaching, where he helps athletes, families, coaches, and athletic leaders navigate recruiting, leadership, and program development with purpose. With over 20 years of experience across high school and NCAA Division II and III athletics—including 12 years as a Head College Coach and experience as an athletic director—Matt brings a real-world, honest perspective to every conversation. A national speaker and author of Significant Recruiting: The Playbook for Prospective College Athletes, he is known for simplifying complex topics like recruiting, scholarships, and leadership while helping others focus on what truly matters—finding the right fit, creating options, and building a meaningful journey on and off the field.
