JAY FAUSEY Jay Fausey has a strong background in soccer as both a player and a coach. He played competitively growing up with Germantown Fury and MidSouth Futbol Club, and at the high school level represented both Christian Brothers High School and Cordova High School. He continued his playing career at the collegiate level with the University of Memphis Club Soccer Team. Transitioning into coaching, Jay has shared his experience and passion for the game with Soccer Ole, Cordova High School, and Lakeland Preparatory School. KEITH HARRIS Keith Harris’s passion for soccer began at a young age and has shaped his life ever since. He played at Northwest High School and with the Clarksville (TN) Royals Select Soccer program. Shifting his athletic career at Austin Peay to football. Reconnecting with the game thanks to Fausey through coaching, Keith has worked with local schools and clubs and now serves as the head soccer coach at Bolton High School. He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of players and helping them grow both on and off the field.
