Back in the Game: Concussion Recovery and Return to Play
A live webinar with three NYC physicians on when a young athlete is truly ready to play again
Maylis de Lacoste · Young Athlete Health Society (Doctoloop) · New York, New York
A head knock on the field raises the hardest question for any parent or coach: when is it safe to play again?
The Young Athlete Health Society invites you to a live webinar with three New York physicians who care for young athletes every day: Dr. David M. Kaufman, neurologist, Dr. Pat Flynn, pediatric cardiologist, and Dr. Teena Shetty, concussion neurologist and author of the USA Today bestseller "Healing the Brain".
They will walk through what recovery really looks like, the signs to watch at home, and how doctors decide a player is ready to return to practice and to games. Bring your questions, there will be time for Q&A.
Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 1:00 PM ET, online on Zoom.
